When guys have worked with me, they have lost the belly, gained definition to their body, built strength, improved their fitness, but there was one sentence I kept hearing...
I feel more confident, more focused and more like a Go-Getter!
That's when the Go-Getters Club was born.
And it all starts with the 35 Day Challenge....
What is the 35 Day Challenge?
It isn't a detox, a shred or bootcamp. It's your first step to lasting change...
For the lad who’s been winging it for too long.
You’ve dabbled in the gym, tried a few diets, maybe lost a few pounds but nothing’s stuck.
You still carry too much round the belly, you’re not proud of how you look, and deep down you know…
“I should be in better shape by now.”
This is for men who are ready to commit, build some structure, and finally feel like the bloke who looks like he trains
What You’ll Achieve in 35 Days:
✅ Start dropping the belly fat
✅ Reignite gym consistency
✅ Build real confidence with food
✅ Cut the late-night snacking
✅ See visible change in your body and mindset
✅ Build momentum that carries into the rest of the year
It’s not about perfection
It’s about showing you what happens when you stop restarting and actually stick to something.
Over 35 days, you’ll follow my Soft to Solid Method, focused on:
1. Training That Actually Works
The STS split you can follow with confidence.
You’ll learn how to train properly, not just turn up and guess.
2. Food Without the Head-F*ck
No bans. No “clean eating.”
Just simple tracking, better choices, and clarity on how to lose fat while still enjoying your life.
3. Habits That Stick
Daily check-ins. Personal habit tracker. Realistic targets.
We don’t do overwhelm.
It’s about doing enough, consistently, not burning out trying to be perfect.
Why It’s a Challenge (But Not a Shortcut)
This kickstart is about creating real momentum.
You’ll be pushed. You’ll be supported. You’ll see change.
But if you’re serious about losing 2+ stone, building a body you’re proud of,
and keeping the habits for life
You need to stay in the game longer than 5 weeks.
That’s why the 35-Day Kickstart is just Phase 1.
It sets the foundations for your transformation
Then you can either crack on solo, or keep building inside the Monthly Momentum Program.
Ready to Ditch the Belly and Feel Proud?
This is your first push.
Your line in the sand.
Your proof that you’re not “just like this now.”

Frequently asked questions
Why I Built This Challenge...
Years ago, I was the classic "on and off" lad.
I’d join the gym with big intentions… then sack it off after two weeks.
I’d try cutting carbs, skipping breakfast, going teetotal…
then binge like mad and feel worse.
I wasn’t massively overweight, but I always carried more fat than I wanted.
little muscle.
Soft around the belly. No definition. Little muscle.
And deep down, I hated it
Not just the way I looked, but how it was effecting how I showed up in life.
I wasn't confident. I wasn't getting shit done. I was coasting.
I thought I had to be perfect to turn it all around:
Clean eating, early morning runs, no nights out, live like a typical gym bro
And it works for a few weeks, when you're focused but it isn't a way I wanted to love
That's why nothing ever stuck
I just wanted to find a way to feel proud of my body, look good with my top off, be consistent, and get strong without giving up my life or completely changing my life
So What changed?
After years of "fails" (lessons)
I stopped chasing perfect, and started chasing momentum.
I built routines I could actually stick to.
Eating with the mindset of "Will it help me look good, feel good and do I enjoy it"
Followed programs in the gym, no longer hoping and wishing muscle would grow
Walked more. (simple right?)
Stayed off the “start again Monday” loop.
Bit by bit, I leaned out. Built definition. Felt sharper.
And more importantly, I felt proud.
Why I wish I had this challenge years ago…
Because it gives you everything I was missing back then:
Structure. Accountability. Simplicity.
A clear plan that fits your life, not ruins it.
If I'd had this challenge 10 years ago, I'd have saved years of frustration, failed starts and wasted energy.
But at least now, I get to give it to you.
Let’s make this your turning point.
